Position: Consultant (Energy Efficiency Service Model)
Employer: Balkan Green Foundation
Duration: The Consultant will be engaged for a total of 20 working days within a 3-month period.
Objectives of this assignment
The primary objective of the consultancy is to design and pilot a sustainable service model for the
integration of energy efficiency measures in the maintenance and renovation of multi-apartment
buildings managed by PHE in Pristina. This consultancy will serve as contribution to achieve the project
objectives by:
- Provide technical expertise and knowledge in the field of EE measures and solutions to support
national strategy on renovation of buildings and accompanying regulations implementations. - Improve the energy performance of targeted buildings;
- Reduce energy consumption and costs for residents;
- Enable institutional cooperation between PHE, KEEF, and MESPI;
- Serve as a scalable approach for similar buildings in other municipalities;
- Serve as a technical advisor on EE trainings provided to vulnerable municipalities;
